Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy



1. Provision of Information by the Client:



1.1. When registering on the website cyber-cat.ru (hereinafter - the "Site"), the Client provides the following information: last name, first name, patronymic of the Order recipient; city and delivery address for the Order; contact phone number.

1.2. By providing their personal data, the Client agrees to their processing (until the Client withdraws their consent to the processing of their personal data) by LLC "Ace Solutions" located at: 191119, Dostoevskogo str., 44, office 402 (hereinafter - the "Seller"), for the purposes of the Seller and/or its partners fulfilling their obligations to the client, selling goods and providing services, providing reference information, as well as for promoting goods, works, and services, and also agrees to receive promotional and informational messages and service notifications. When processing the Client's personal data, the Seller is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the Federal Law "On Advertising", and local regulatory documents.

1.2.1. If the Client wishes to clarify, block, or destroy their personal data in cases where the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated processing purpose, or if the client wishes to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data or to eliminate unlawful actions by the Seller and/or its partners regarding their personal data, they must send a written request to the Seller's email address. Email address: airmail@code-pilots.ru. If the Client wishes to delete their account on the Site, the Client contacts us at airmail@code-pilots.ru with a corresponding request. This action does not imply the withdrawal of the Client's consent to the processing of their personal data, which, according to current legislation, occurs in the manner provided for in paragraph 1 of this section.

1.3. Use of information provided by the Client and received by the Seller.

1.3.1 The Seller uses the data provided by the Client for the entire duration of the Client's registration on the Site for the purposes of:

  • registering/authorizing the Client on the Site;
  • processing the Client's Orders and fulfilling their obligations to the Client;
  • conducting activities to promote goods and services;
  • evaluating and analyzing the Site's performance;
  • determining winners in promotions conducted by the Seller;
  • analyzing the Client's purchasing characteristics and providing personalized recommendations;
  • the Client's participation in loyalty programs;
  • informing the client about new articles, news, promotions, discounts, and special offers via email and SMS newsletters.

1.3.2. The Seller has the right to send promotional and informational messages to the Client. If the Client does not wish to receive promotional and informational messages from the Seller, they must change the corresponding settings, a link to which is contained in the email sent to the client, or contact us with a corresponding request at airmail@code-pilots.ru. From the moment these settings are changed, receiving the Seller's newsletters may continue for up to 3 days, due to the specifics of the operation and interaction of information systems, as well as the terms of agreements with contractors conducting promotional and informational mailings on behalf of the Seller. The Client's refusal to receive service notifications is not possible for technical reasons. Service notifications are those sent to the email address specified during registration on the Site, as well as via SMS messages and/or push notifications and through the Customer Service to the phone number specified during registration and/or when placing an Order, regarding the status of the Order, items in the Client's cart.

2. Provision and Transfer of Information Received by the Seller:


2.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer information received from the Client to third parties. It shall not be considered a violation for the Seller to provide information to agents and third parties acting under an agreement with the Seller to fulfill obligations to the Client and only within the framework of such agreements. It shall not be considered a violation of this section for the Seller to transfer anonymized data about the Client to third parties for the purposes of evaluating and analyzing the Site's performance, analyzing the Client's purchasing characteristics, and providing personalized recommendations.

2.2. It shall not be considered a violation of obligations to transfer information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.3. The Seller has the right to use "cookies" technology. "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.

2.4. The Seller receives information about the visitor's IP address on the code-pilots.ru website and information about which website link the visitor came from. This information is not used to identify the visitor.

2.5. The Seller is not responsible for information provided by the Client on the Site in a publicly accessible form.

2.6. When processing personal data, the Seller takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, as well as from other unlawful actions regarding personal data.

3. Storage and Use of Information by the Client


3.1. The Client undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password used for identification on the code-pilots.ru website.

3.2. The Client undertakes to exercise due diligence in storing and using the login and password (including, but not limited to: using licensed antivirus software, using complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, immediately changing the password after automatic registration, notification of which is sent to the client's email, not providing a computer or other equipment with the Client's login and password entered on it to third parties).

3.3. If the Seller suspects that the Client's account is being used by a third party or malicious software, the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the Client's password.
